Dr. Fragouli Evangelia is a graduate, with distinction, of Columbia University, U.S.A (Mphil, Ph.D), Harvard University, U.S.A (Ed.M), National & Kapodistrian University of Athens, Greece (BA, BA, and postgraduate studies) and has completed The European Summer School – Athens School of Business and Economics in the fields of Competition & Regulation. Her area of expertise is on strategic management, strategic HRM and organizational behaviour with focus on Leadership. She has been Assistant Professor at the Business School & Social Sciences, Aarhus University, DK and member of the research program LINOR (Management & Leadership), Lecturer in Strategic Management in the School of Business at University of Dundee, UK in the BSc & MSc .Programs &  Director of the Business Management program (GAP), adjunct professor in management in the BA & MBA at Hellenic Open University,  External Examiner in PG-HRM at University of Chester, Uk. Also, she has been visiting associate professor in many Universities in Greece (University of Athens, University of Riraeus, Athens School of Business & Economics, Aristotle University of Thessaloniki), visiting lecturer in China and specifically in Shanghai University, School of Political Science & Law, as well as, in Zhejlang University, School of Media Studies & Humanities, Hangzhou, China,  in the University of West Indies  and elsewhere. Dr. Fragouli has been in many organizations such as in the Roster Consultant Club of the World Bank, USA, in the Department of Productivity of UN (United Nations) New York, USA. She is member of the British Academy of Management , Fellow in the British Academy of Business and Retail Management ,Fellow of the Chartered Management Institute of UK, Academic Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Development (CIPD), member of the European Academy of Management (EURAM) in UK, having served as reviewer of the EURAM and BAM Conferences and Chair of sessions of the BAM conference tracks of Strategy, Leadership - Leadership Development & Organization Studies. She has working experience as scientific advisor of the Minister of Internal Affairs, of the Minister of Agriculture, and of the Minister of Education in the area of management and development. Also, experience as a management executive and management expert in public and semi-public organizations for many years. She has published research work in many international conference proceedings and scientific articles in local and international scientific journals and published textbooks. She is a reviewer of the Elsevier Editorial System (EES), Article Editor of Sage publications, Reviewer of Pearson Publications for Higher Education, she has reviewed books of the Oxford University Press, as well as, she is a member in many scientific international associations.
